Reservations and Policies

A 50% deposit is needed to hold a reservation, with the balance due, in cash, upon your arrival.

A 30 day cancellation notice is required in order to receive your refund of the deposit less a $25 administrative fee. In the event that you are not able to provide a 30 day notice of cancellation, the deposit will then be applied to a future stay.

There will be no refunds for early departures. All credits must be used within 1 year of your original cancellation date.

A confirmation will be snail-mailed or emailed when the deposit is received.

Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash, or traveler's checks are all acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks are due 14 days after you book your reservation or it will not be confirmed. Full payment in advance is required for all holiday reservations.In the event of a late arrival or early departure, guests are responsible for the remainder of their reserved stay.

All accommodation rates are for up to four-person occupancy per cabin. For each person above these occupancy levels there is a $10 additional charge per person per night.

Holiday periods and certain demand periods might require a three-night to five-night minimum stay.

All tariffs are subject to a 10% state and local sales and occupancy tax. Rates are subject to change.

MasterCard, Visa, & Discover are accepted.

All rates are based on 4 people per cabin (2 for 1 bedroom cabin) – extra persons are $10 per night. A three-night minimum is required. Rates are subject to change. Long term and seasonal rates upon request.

Please no smoking inside cabins – outside only!

No Pets are allowed!

Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. – Your key will be under the front door mat upon your arrival. Please check in your cabin and then call the Main Cabin at 488-9866 to make arrangements to pay your balance in cash. Upon departure, close and lock the front door behind you and place the key under the front door mat. We will promptly collect the key from under the mat.

All charges are payable at time of check in. A guaranteed and confirmed reservation obligates both the guest and Eagle Cove Mountain Cabins for the entire length of stay reserved.

No shows, cancellations after two weeks notice, late arrivals or early departures will result in a non refundable charge for the entire length of reserved stay.
